Evan Bayh, who famously quit the Senate after two terms, is saying bye-bye to Washington's Spring Valley nabe for now. Bayh's six-bedroom Georgia style brick home just hit the market for $2.595 million, which according to a person with information is "on the higher end" for homes in that area.
